Youth Boxing (Ages 6–8)
Our youth program focuses on coordination, discipline, listening skills, and foundational boxing technique in a structured, age-appropriate setting. Young athletes build confidence while learning the fundamentals the right way.
Beginner Boxing
Perfect for those new to boxing, this class teaches stance, footwork, defense, combinations, and conditioning. No experience is required—just consistency and a willingness to learn.
Intermediate / Competition Team
Designed for athletes ready to elevate their training, this program focuses on advanced skill development, conditioning, and structured preparation for competition.
Sparring / Open Gym
Supervised sessions reserved for approved members to apply skills safely and responsibly under coach oversight.
Personal Training
One-on-one coaching focused on your specific goals, whether that’s improving fundamentals, increasing conditioning, or preparing for competition.
